Pull items from Babysential's checklists into one Tote, then track purchases and total cost in a single place.

Open Tote
Visit /tools/tote. Your Tote saves automatically, with or without sign-in.

Import from a checklist
Tap 'Import from a checklist,' pick your hospital bag, nursery, baby gear, or newborn-care list, and choose the items you still need. They drop straight into your Tote.

Track what you've bought
Tap the checkbox as you purchase each item. Watch the running total update so you stay on budget.

How does Tote differ from the Checklists tool?▾
Checklists let you mark items as needed by category (hospital bag, nursery, etc.). Tote lets you import those items into one shopping list, then track purchases and a running cost estimate. Use 'Import from a checklist' to pull in everything you still need, or just the items you pick.
Do I need an account?▾
No. Tote works without sign-in using your browser's local storage. When you create a Babysential account later, your items migrate to your private account automatically.
Are price estimates accurate?▾
Estimates are conservative US averages for common brands. Actual prices vary by retailer, sales, and region. Use the total as a planning aid, not a quote.
Can I add custom items not in the checklists?▾
The current version supports items from Babysential's official checklists. Custom-item entry is on the roadmap.
Is my list private?▾
Yes. Signed-in lists are protected by Supabase row-level security: only you can read or write your items. We never share or sell shopping data.
